Jenny Mears: Jenny grew up in Tigard, OR and attended Camp Yamhill as a camper and a counselor over the years. She has been a member of the Southwest Church of Christ since she was a young child and spent her college years studying Advertising and Design at Oklahoma Christian University. After graduation, Jenny spent a year in missions at the Church of Christ in Gosford, Australia before getting married to her husband Jared in 2005, and moving to Newberg, OR. She has worked in the graphic design industry, been a stay-at-home mom, and moonlighted as a part time receptionist at a tax office. Before stepping into her current roll as Children’s Ministry Assoicate, Jenny has been active in her church, serving through volunteering in the nursery, teaching Bible classes, helping with VBS and leading Women’s Ministry events. Jenny has two wonderful children, Hudson and Emmi.
Shawn Jones. Shawn has been a camp director since one of our first camps after the Genesis flood. Shawn is an Elder at the Newberg Church of Christ.
