Outdoor School at Camp Yamhill
Camp Yamhill Outdoor School is a four-day sixth grade environmental science program with a focus on believing the earth is God’s creation and goal of recognizing man’s partnership with Him to preserve and protect plant and animal species and habitat. Spending time in a forested habitat enables each student and adult to come closer to God the creator by experiencing first hand the beauty, care, and love God invested in our awesome world. Students identify themselves as an important part in maintaining Pacific Northwest resources by a conscious choice to explore solutions to help manage, care for, and respect our living environment.
